PARKING
We offer ample parking on-site for your guests. A parking attendant will be available to direct traffic, and a golf cart can be provided to assist guests who may need extra help getting to and from their vehicles.
PAYMENT PLANS
To reserve your date, a 20% nonrefundable retainer is required and will go toward your overall investment. After booking, we’re happy to create a personalized payment plan for you. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event.
FLORALS
Jenny would love to help bring your floral vision to life. In-house floral design services are available and begin at $3,000. Get to know more here.
ALCOHOL
You’re welcome to provide your own beer and wine with licensed bartenders serving at your reception. A one-day beer and wine permit is required—we’re happy to help acquire this for you!
You may also choose to go through your caterer, provided they are licensed to serve alcohol. Need help finding bartenders? We’re happy to recommend trusted local professionals.
ADDITIONAL SETUP TIME
Need a little extra time? Additional setup hours may be available upon request for an added fee, depending on the venue’s schedule and availability.

WEATHER
If rain is in the forecast, we’ve got you covered—literally. We offer two beautiful indoor backup options. One includes shifting your ceremony into the North Barn with a styled aisle and romantic backdrop near the doors.
INSURANCE
All couples are required to provide day-of event liability insurance. This can typically be added to your existing homeowner’s policy. Have questions? We’re here to help guide you through the process.
DECOR
You’re welcome to bring in your own décor to personalize the space and reflect your style! We also offer a curated collection of vintage rentals—including linens, chargers, vases, signage, and more—to elevate your design with ease.
